The huaxi Cold Rolled strip Steel Factory has three subsidiaries, 13 workshops, 2 set of 5-roll machines,18set of 4-roll machines ,88 set of 2-roll machines, 1 set of vertical cutting 4*1600 machine,18 cable retreat stoves,10 table car type and vapor retreat stoves, which are set with chemical component analysis, mechanics testing equipment and 28 assembly lines of pickling. It forms a streamlined production from hot strip, pickling, cold-rolled, assign for cutting, anneals to packaging and the annual producing and process capacity is *** tons strip steel. The main products are 0.10mm-4.00mm thick and 12mm-350mm wide. The specification is Q195, !235, 08AL, 08YU, SPHC,SPCC and other series of cold rolled strip steel. All of these can be delivered in the condition of softness, semi-softness and coldness. The products are sold far away to more than ten countries and areas such as South-east Asia and more than 20 provinces, cities and autonomic areas within the country. Our factory has complete species of products which can be widely used in bicycle.
